About the event
The focus of this time will be to walk the Stations of the Cross. This is an ancient practice that invites you to prayerfully reflect on Jesus’ mysterious gift of himself in love. The Stations of the Cross are a way for you to walk prayerfully with Jesus through his experience of being crucified. It is an incredibly somber time that invites you to be a friend to Christ and prepare your heart for Easter.
Jesus completely entered into our human experience, even unto death. He knows and joins us in our sufferings, and we can befriend him in his. This is a powerful, contemplative practice, and we want to make it available to anyone who would like the chance to make this walk.
The Retreat House will be open from Friday, April 3rd from 10am-6pm and Saturday April 4th from 9am-1pm, so that you can come anytime that is…
