About the event
Middle school can feel overwhelming. Friendships change, confidence is tested, emotions run high, and it's easy to feel like you're the only one struggling.
Rooted is a therapist-led group where girls can build meaningful friendships, increase confidence, learn healthy coping skills, express themselves through creative activities, and discover they don't have to navigate this season alone.
The group will be a closed group for 7th and 8th grade girls, meaning everyone starts and ends together. The sessions will consist of a mix of discussion/psycho-education, art, games, and processing.
We will meet every other Tuesday from 6 pm- 7:30pm. $65 per session or a discounted rate of $300 if you pay for all sessions up front.
