About the event
Middle school can feel overwhelming. Friendships change, confidence is tested, emotions run high, and it's easy to feel like you're the only one struggling.
Rooted is a therapist-led group where girls can build meaningful friendships, increase confidence, learn healthy coping skills, express themselves through creative activities, and discover they don't have to navigate this season alone.
The group will be a closed group, meaning everyone starts and ends together. The sessions will consist of a mix of discussion/psycho-education, art, games, and processing.
We will meet every other Thursday from 5pm-6:30pm. $65 per session or a discounted rate of $300 if you pay for all session up front.
