Help for the Helper is a restorative retreat designed for counselors, teachers, ministry leaders, church staff, medical professionals, social workers, and those who pour deeply into others.
This is an invitation to pause.
To breathe.
To rest.
To be gently cared for.
Through guided reflection, contemplative practices, nourishing conversation, and intentional space, we hope you leave feeling renewed, grounded, and reminded that your soul matters too.
