Be Free Revolution is a Christ-centered organization working globally and locally to help people connect with God, themselves, and others through curated retreats, mission trips, individual care, and thoughtful curriculum.
BFR Global and The Retreat House Memphis are the driving forces of Be Free Revolution, working together to point people to the love and nearness of God. We journey with you to find healing, spiritual rhythms, and faith in action and in rest through full circle care.
We are at our best when we are healthy mind, body, soul, and spirit. Being whole comes from intimacy with God, knowledge of oneself, nourishing our physical bodies, being in nature, laughing with friends and family, giving and receiving love, knowing and believing God is sovereign, and slowing down our pace of life to taste and see that He is good.

We have experienced the fruit of this within our own lives, our staff, bfr kids and bfr scholars. It is our hope to walk through these steps to wholeness with you so that you can see and experience the outpouring of grace into every area of your life.
Doing this internal work isn't easy or quick but the benefit for yourself, your children, your marriage and your work life is eternal. We use the enneagram, book studies, one on one coaching, and specialized retreats to aid in relationships, finding wholeness, and mission trip preparation.
